MVS Foundation is seeking a highly driven and experienced Academic Head to lead and elevate the quality of academic delivery across all programs.
This role is critical in ensuring structured teaching, high student satisfaction, and consistent academic excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of teaching expertise, leadership ability, and process-driven thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Quality Control
- Conduct regular audits of live and recorded classes
- Identify gaps in teaching quality and implement corrective actions
- Develop and enforce standardized teaching frameworks
- Content Planning & Approval
- Review and approve lesson plans before execution
- Audit PPTs, study materials, and academic resources
- Ensure a structured and well-defined curriculum flow
- Faculty Training & Development
- Conduct demo evaluations and performance reviews
- Organize regular faculty training sessions
- Mentor underperforming teachers and track improvement progress
- Student Feedback Monitoring
- Analyze feedback from live chats, comments, and support channels
- Identify recurring issues and resolve them proactively
- Build a continuous feedback-driven improvement system
- Process Implementation & Discipline
- Ensure strict adherence to class schedules and timelines
- Prevent rushed or unstructured teaching delivery
- Enforce academic guidelines and internal protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven teaching experience (NIOS / CBSE / DU SOL preferred)
- Strong skills in curriculum planning and content structuring
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
