Location: New York, NY

You understand firsthand what gifted learners can achieve — you lived it. If you've witnessed years of untapped potential stifled by minimal expectations and standardized curricula, consider this path.
At gt.school, you'll guide a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students through content that progresses 5–10x faster than conventional classroom pacing. Your role centers on expanding what's possible: facilitating one-hour life skills sessions covering public speaking, focus, and feedback; and conducting personalized motivation meetings that leverage Coachbot analytics to align individual student objectives with tangible app-based progress. You'll see learners who initially struggled with articulation master the Test2Pass and emerge confident presenting to any audience. Your own academic credentials inform every interaction. There is no prescribed playbook.
This is distinct from traditional classroom instruction. No stacks of papers to grade, no classroom discipline issues, no teaching to the middle. Those who establish proven performance here — reliable student satisfaction scores, 100% goal-completion metrics, verified skill mastery — position themselves for leadership opportunities, guiding a small team of colleagues while continuing to lead their own cohort.
Apply now if you're prepared to hold gifted learners to the elevated standard they're capable of meeting.
