Title: Academic Guide, gt.school – $150,000/year USD
Company: Crossover
Location: Orlando, FL

You understand what gifted learners can achieve — you lived it yourself. If you've spent years witnessing that promise undermined by diluted expectations and standardized curricula, this is your opportunity to change that.
At gt.school, you'll guide a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students through material at a pace 5–10 times faster than conventional classrooms permit. Your role centers on continually elevating their capabilities: facilitating focused one-hour life skills sessions covering public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback, and conducting personalized motivation meetings informed by Coachbot analytics that align each learner's objectives with measurable progress in educational apps. You'll witness students who previously struggled with articulation complete the Test2Pass and emerge confident presenting to any audience. Your own academic achievements inform every interaction. There is no predetermined script.
This role differs fundamentally from traditional classroom instruction. No grading backlog, no behavioral management, no curriculum designed for the average learner. Those who establish exceptional performance records here — sustained student satisfaction, 100% goal-attainment rates, verified skill mastery — become eligible for leadership positions, guiding a small peer team while continuing to mentor their own cohort.
Submit your application now if you're prepared to uphold the standards gifted students truly deserve.
