Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Mumbai. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to provide guidance on their academic paths and career aspirations, conduct counseling and advising sessions, and support them in shaping their educational goals. The role also involves addressing student queries, facilitating decision-making, and coordinating with faculty and administrative teams to ensure the students’ overall success and development.
Qualifications
– Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
– Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education mentorship
– Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting
– Knowledge of the AVGC-XR industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
