About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide MBBS graduates and NEET-PG / INI-CET aspirants with exam strategies, study planning, and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students on exam prep and Make them enroll for the online programs
• provide clear information on courses, eligibility and timelines
• Handle student/parent queries via call
• Maintain records and follow-ups using CRM tools
Requirements:
• Min 1–Max 5 years of academic counseling experience
• Experience with CRM tools (Leadsquared / Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills
•
Languages:
English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and digital platforms
