This role offers a unique opportunity to represent Airbus Canada and lead training for airline staff. Utilizing various advanced simulators, you will impart crucial knowledge about Airbus A220 operations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Your contributions will also support the overall goals of the Customer Services organization and training excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate A220 training and evaluations for pilots
• Teach using Full Flight and Fixed Base Simulators
• Engage in training and flight operations projects as needed
• Identify and address potential training challenges
• Uphold training standards and quality assessments
Requirements:
• CPL and Frozen ATPL license required
• 3,000 hours in flight experience
• 1,500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft is necessary
• Ideally three years in commercial aviation
• Instructor experience on BD-500 highly recommended
