Who we are: Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center has been faithfully serving families in the Madison area through daycare and education since 2004. Since we are a family-run preschool and childcare center, the children who step through our doors are like an extension of our own family. From the youngest baby on site to the most senior staff member, we treat each other the way we’d like to be treated: as valuable, creative individuals. About the Role: The primary responsibilities of our 3K/4K Teachers are to teach the provided curriculum to our students and provide an enriching classroom experience. 3K/4K Teachers will also support our preschool/daycare program by supervising preschool children, accompany children on field trips, assist with meals and snacks, and lead daily activities including indoor/outdoor games, craft projects and much more. All materials and lesson plans will be provided.
We’re Looking for Team Members Who:
- Associate’s degree in Education or Early Childhood, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be level 12 or higher on the Wisconsin Registry
- Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education
- Have necessary coursework or be willing to complete necessary coursework, as required by licensure requirements for the role
- Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
- Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrate good communication skills and are skilled in remaining composed and effective in challenging situations
